Shipping Policy
1. Processing time Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping carriers We currently ship with bpost.
3. Delivery times Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs, public holidays).
- Belgium: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 5-8 business days
4. Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Free shipping is offered on all orders over €120.
5. Tracked shipping Tracked shipping is available as an option at checkout. We strongly recommend choosing tracked shipping, as Silks & Sigils SRL cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit when standard (untracked) shipping is selected.
6. Customs & import duties For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
