Right of withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at silksandsigils@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We will do our best to offer you an exchange first — if an exchange is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Conditions for returns To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original packaging and condition
- Returned within 14 days of notifying us
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Return shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
