1. General These Terms of Service govern the use of the website silksandsigils.com and the purchase of products offered by Silks & Sigils SRL. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Silks & Sigils SRL reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

3. Products & pricing All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are confirmed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders Orders can be placed online at silksandsigils.com. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. You will be notified by email in such cases.

5. Payment We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, and Bancontact. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. All transactions are processed securely.

6. Shipping We ship to Belgium, Europe, and the United Kingdom. Delivery times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns & refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

8. Consumer rights Customers purchasing as consumers (B2C) benefit from all applicable EU and Belgian consumer protection rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal. Business customers (B2B) purchasing for professional purposes acknowledge that certain consumer protections may not apply.

UK customers Customers purchasing from the United Kingdom benefit from protections under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including a 14-day right to cancel distance sales. 10. Customs duties & taxes for UK orders Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees upon arrival in the UK. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

12. Liability Silks & Sigils SRL shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the products purchased. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
